The Choir of the Basilica of Santa Croce in Florence
The choir of the church of Santa Croce was refurbished by Giorgio Vasari in 1566. The polyptych is a reconstruction with the Virgin by Niccolò Gerini in the centre and the Doctors of the Church by Giovanni del Biondo and another painter on either side.
